The Strength Programme (16wk)

The Strength Programme is a 16 week programme with 5 sessions per week. The aim is to improve overall strength by focusing on the weaker areas we see with most athletes. 

You'll have access to our coaches during the programme via email. We can be on hand to help you through the programme to help you get the most out of the programme.

Coaching programs are written by our highly qualified and experienced coaches. Each program is written for a specific purpose and goal. It is tested and re-tested by multiple athletes to prove its effectiveness.
