Returns

1. General Returns Info

1.1 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of purchase and in 'as new' condition, re-saleable, unworn and clean.

1.2 Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from www.jpiapparel.co.uk and not any other third party seller or stall.

1.3 Gifted or prize won products can only be refunded as store credit or in exchange for a similar priced product.

1.4 All gift cards are non-refundable.

 

2. Exchanges

2.1 If you would like to exchange part of your order for another product please state this in the Comment section below. Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, meaning a different size or colour of the same product. If stock allows we can also exchange for a different product at the same price.

2.3 If you would like a different product that is a different price, you can ask for Store Credit in the Comment section below and place a new order.

 

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

3.1 Every product is inspected by JPI and has to hold up to our high quality standards. If any slips through our inspection and does not stand up to your expectation please mention this in the Comment section below. Items that have damage due to long term or excessive use are not considered faulty or damaged. 


3.2 Returned faulty items that have been worn should be washed thoroughly before return, if we receive any faulty or damaged items that are unwashed, we may refuse your return and return the product to the sender. 

 

4. How To Return

4.1 Please fill in the form below stating the reason for return and whether you would like an exchange, store credit or refund.

4.2 Please send your item, unused in suitable packaging to the address below:

Note: 

Please ensure that you send your return with enough carriage for the item and that it is sent either tracked or signed for with proof of postage. JPI Performance Ltd are not responsible for and are not liable for, any items lost in transit.  All carrier choice is at your own risk, we can not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by independent carriers.
